THE POLICIES

Please treat STUDIO55 as your own and leave her as you found her for others to enjoy. Furniture not on casters must be moved back to its original position or a fee may be charge to cover the cost of arranging assistance as it’s a 2-person job. If you move anything that is not on casters, please do not drag it on the epoxy floor, they are not designed to be dragged. Costs will be recovered for any damage caused by careless use. A rubbish bin will be provided for you free of charge, please remove any excessive rubbish like big boxes etc from items you may have been shooting. You will find a vacuum cleaner inside of the fitting room should you need it, particularly if you’ve made a bit of a mess while getting creative! When you leave, please make sure the doors are properly lock in position, and lights are off. A call out fee may be charged if the studio is not left secure.

Cancellation Policy

If any order is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the intended start of the hire period, the Client shall pay Studio 55 Ltd 100% of the hire charges for all equipment and/or studio hire for the first full day of the hire period. If any order for the rental of equipment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the intended start of the hire period, the Client shall pay Studio55 50% of the hire charges for all equipment and/or studio hire for the first full day of the hire period. If any order for the rental of equipment is cancelled after the intended start of the hire period, the Client shall pay Studio55 100% of the hire charges for all equipment for the first full day of the hire period, together with any delivery costs incurred by Studio55. “Working hours” for this purpose are: 8am to 6pm. By way of example, if the hire period is due to start at 9am on Tuesday and the Client cancels its order at 7pm on the Monday evening, that equates to one working hour’s notice of cancellation and the charges specified above shall apply.
